Google sign-in provides an account name, email, and profile image. We connect that identity to your project library, credit balance, purchase status, preferences, and support history so you can return to your work across sessions.

A seed may include a written idea, lyric, recording, voice sample, reference image, MIDI file, or editing instruction. We process the material you submit and the resulting files to perform the requested tool action, show progress, save your work, and let you retrieve eligible outputs.

We log events such as pages opened, tools selected, generation requests, task outcomes, credit adjustments, timestamps, IP address, browser family, and device characteristics. These records support reliability, capacity planning, fraud controls, and product measurement.

Payments are handled by Stripe. SeedAI Music does not receive or store your complete payment-card details. We receive limited transaction and billing information needed to confirm entitlements, provide receipts, investigate payment issues, and maintain accounting records.

We use data to operate accounts and creative tools, route requests to generation providers, maintain files and task history, process purchases, answer support questions, protect the service, analyze performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Authentication, cloud hosting, storage, analytics, communications, payments, and AI providers process limited data on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. Creative inputs required for a tool may be transmitted to the provider performing that request. Vendors and infrastructure may be located outside your country.

We keep account and project records while they are needed to provide your library and services. Security, dispute, tax, and transaction records may remain longer where justified or legally required. Eligible personal information is deleted or anonymized after an account-deletion request and the end of required retention periods.

Local law may give you rights to know, access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing. You may withdraw optional consent and opt out of promotional email. Essential account, fraud-prevention, and transaction processing may continue where another lawful basis applies.

We apply reasonable safeguards and access controls, although Internet services cannot be made risk-free. SeedAI Music is for users aged 18 or older and is not designed for children. Policy revisions will appear on this page with a changed effective date.
