Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older and capable of accepting a binding agreement. Keep your Google-linked account secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity performed through it unless you notify us of unauthorized use.

The service offers AI-assisted generation and editing for music, lyrics, audio, MIDI, voices, covers, and visual formats. Features, models, processing times, limits, and availability may change. A result is not guaranteed to match a prompt or to be unique.

Only submit material you own or are authorized to use. You keep your rights in source material and give us a narrow license to host and process it for service delivery, security, troubleshooting, and support. You remain responsible for permissions involving performers, voices, compositions, recordings, and images.

You may use outputs created for your account as permitted by law and any model-specific terms disclosed in the service. Because generated material can resemble existing patterns or another user’s result, you must review rights, accuracy, releases, and suitability before distribution or monetization.

Tools deduct the number of credits displayed for the selected operation. Subscription allocations reset for each billing cycle and ordinarily do not carry forward. One-time pack credits remain until consumed. A qualifying system failure returns platform credits rather than cash.

Stripe handles checkout. Monthly and annual plans renew until canceled, and prices are charged in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, and currency conversion.

Do not use SeedAI Music to harm people, violate privacy or publicity rights, infringe intellectual property, deceive listeners, or break the law.

Your library is an online service, not an archival guarantee. Playback, downloads, and generation depend on current entitlements and technical availability. Save local copies of finished files you need. We may disable unlawful content or content subject to a valid rights complaint.

We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Where practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a problem. Termination for cause may result in loss of unused service access.

SeedAI Music is provided “as available” without a promise that every model, project, or output will remain accessible or achieve a desired artistic, legal, or commercial outcome. Implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent the law permits.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses. Total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid through SeedAI Music in the 12 months preceding the relevant event. Non-waivable legal protections still apply.

We may revise these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. The current version and effective date will remain available here, with additional notice for material changes when required. Send questions to the support email below.
